Classics brags yet another global star

Patrizio Buanne will be a part of the Classics event in Pretoria this year.

Audiences can anticipate his elucidation of “O Sole Mio” alongside local, most loved Amira. On YouTube alone, their cover of this exemplary has past  18,000,000 reviews.

Classics can compete with some of the greatest shows around the world.

This year’s audiences can look forward to a tour de force of hits, with melodies by Bon Jovi, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Cyndi Lauper and Evanescence all part of the production.

Some of South Africa’s most prominent vocal talents will perform music from ABBA, Elton John, and Queen.

They will be accompanied by the influential sounds of a full symphony orchestra.

Classics 2018 will give the spectacle another significance.

The ever-famous twosome group Touch of Class will once again share the stage with the vocal virtuosos Corlea and Jannie Moolman for captivating minutes that will spellbind you.

The renowned universal vocalist Joseph Clarke, well known for his splendid performance of Freddie Mercury [Queen at the Opera], Tarryn Lamb, who will be recognizable  to the public as one-third of the group  Blackbyrd and the delightful African artist Monique Steynare all part of this generation.

The new kid star that everybody is talking about, Stèfan Bezuidenhout, will also be in real life in the wake of being a part of this melodic spectacle for the first time last year.

For the first time Classics is presented in a year and Pretorius has promised that audiences at this new 9 000-seater venue can expect only the best special effects and choreography.

Those who book their tickets before May 25 also have the chance to win a luxury spoil worth R35 000.

The price – which includes a group of five couples – includes flights, lush service from Lexus, five-star accommodation at The Maslow Times Square Hotel, dinner and a casino voucher. In addition, the winning group will also meet the artists backstage.

Classics will be on stage on June 9 at 13:00 and 19:30 in the Sun Arena of Time Square in Pretoria.
