This power packed and satirical anti-apartheid stage production by Percy Mtwa, Mbongeni Ngema and the late Barney Simon will be on stage from Friday 1 June –Sunday 17 June 2018 and we’ll be joined by cast members Hamilton Dlamini and Segomotso Modise to discuss the productions big come back, and it’s relevance in todays society.

Mbongeni Ngema is a renowned South African writer, lyricist, composer, director of the arts. After many years of enthrawling audiences all across the globe with the stage musical production Sarafina, which has made a comeback, tonight we honour Mbogeni not only as a genius in the world of theatre but also as one of this years recipients of the #SAMA24 lifetime achievement award.
