Lephalale COVID-19 cases remain unaltered, for the last 48 hours

Limpopo Health Department has confirmed one fresh coronavirus case verified in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of active infections in the province to 67.

The Province’s COVID-19 hot spot, FatakgomoTubatse Dwars mine in Sekhukhune District has picked up one new contamination, adding to 55 the total number active cases from the mines.

Statistics in Lephalale, another epicentre in the Waterberg District remained unaltered for the past 48 hours.

Figures recorded on Thursday and Friday still stands at 4 active cases, 8 recoveries and zero deaths.

To date, the province has recorded 121 accumulative cases as follows:
