For the first time ever, Special Vehicle Operations has introduced a Range Rover Sport SVR in an Ultimate edition that comes with solid glass flake paint options.
SVR Ultimate will be available in South Africa as early as 2022, with pricing to be announced closer to the launch.
By offering an array of exclusive paint colour combinations and tailored interior details, the 423kW Range Rover Sport SVR Ultimate edition enhances the visual appeal of the fastest and most powerful Land Rover.
The Ultimate edition comes with two exclusive exterior paints, Maya Blue Gloss and Marl Grey Gloss. It has an attractive star-like sparkle due to the inclusion of fine, white glass flakes.
Ligurian Black Satin is a third option for a stealthier look. A Narvik Black contrast roof is featured on each colour.
With the SV Bespoke team’s attention to detail, you will find black knurled Range Rover lettering on the tailgate and bonnet, and exclusive Fuji White edging on the side fenders.
The Ultimate edition’s strong presence is reinforced by a body-coloured carbon fibre vented bonnet, 22-inch five-split-spoke forged alloy wheels, and black brake calipers, which complement the SVR’s Narvik Black contrast roof, door mirror caps, front grilles and grille surrounds, front wing detail, and tailgate finishers.
Land Rover’s Range Rover Sport SVR is the fastest, most powerful and most dynamic vehicle it has ever produced. With a 423kW version of the 5.0-litre V8 supercharged engine, the current model has a top speed of 283 km/h and can go from 0-100km/h in just 4.5 seconds.
The Land Rover SV Bespoke Commercial Director Mark Turner believes that the Range Rover Sport SVR redefined the brand’s high-performance capabilities.
“We have sold well over 20,000 SVRs so far, and the demand for the SVR as a unique blend of power, luxury, and exhilarating dynamics continues to grow year after year. The SV Bespoke features of the Ultimate edition make it even more appealing, “Turner said.
The craftsmanship of the SV Bespoke team can also be seen inside. The Ebony and Cirrus interior, which comes with SVR-embossed lightweight Performance Seats, is enhanced with chrome-finished SV Bespoke B-pillar badges, black anodised metal gear shift paddles and illuminated treadplates.
“Our SV Bespoke design team is constantly pushing boundaries to create magnificent car colours that are more unique. The Range Rover Sport SVR Ultimate edition is the first SV Bespoke edition with superbly textured and reflective glass flake paint finishes, putting it at the forefront of our innovative approach to personalization, “said SV Color and Materials Design, Hannah Custance.
