Since the outbreak, COVID-19 has claimed 3 lives in Limpopo

In the past 24 hours, Limpopo reported four new coronavirus cases.

So far, the province has counted and confirmed a total of 226 cases.

The provincial health department has confirmed at least 158 recovery cases and 65 active cases.

The province has reported two cases in Glencore Manganeng and Modikwa Platinum at Fatakgomo-Tubatse  in Sekhukhune district, one in Thulamela in Vhembe district and another case at Amandelbult mine in Thabazimbi in the Waterberg district.

Since the outbreak of coronavirus in South Africa early this year, the deadly infection has so far claimed three lives in Limpopo.

Two deaths were confirmed in Lepelle-Nkumpi in Capricon district, and one was reported in Fetakgomo-Tubatse in Sekhukhune area.
