The uMkhonto weSizwe party defeats detractors in court battle, says Ndhlela

The uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MKP) has once again emerged victorious in the legal arena, with the Pretoria High Court ruling in favour of the party against former member Jabulani Khumalo challenging his expulsion.
The court’s decisive judgment ordered Khumalo to pay punitive costs to the MKP, marking another win for the party against those who seek to undermine it.

MKP spokesperson, Nhlamulo Ndhlela said his party celebrate the court’s decision as a blow to its enemies.
Ndhlela pointed out previous failed attempts by the ANC and expelled members to discredit the MKP, highlighting the party’s determination to overcome its adversaries.
“It is clear that Khumalo is well-funded by enemies of the MK Party. He continues to collect punitive cost orders and we welcome any indirect ANC donations to the coffers as we build the organization,” stated Ndhlela.
The MK Party said it remains committed to fighting against the ANC of Cyril Ramaphosa and its allies, both in courtrooms and through grassroots activism.

“The ruling in favour of the MK Party showcases its resilience and unwavering dedication to its principles,” said Ndhela .

He said despite facing challenges from various angles, the party remains steadfast in its mission for justice and empowerment for the African majority.

“Each victory in the courts solidifies the MK Party’s position as a force to be reckoned with in politics,” added Ndhela.
