Volkswagen is the first automotive brand in South Africa to introduce Virtual Reality (VR) in dealer showrooms, marketing the Polo, T-Cross, T-Roc and Tiguan.
The Golf 8 GTI will be available on VR when it goes on sale in September 2021.
In South Africa, the new Tiguan is the most technologically advanced SUV on the market. Its innovative design and state-of-the-art technology enable customers to experience its features in real time.
Customers will experience nighttime driving in the new Tiguan, as well as the convenience provided by the IQ. LIGHT LED matrix headlights, which feature 22 individual LEDs per headlight.
VR allows you to experience the features such as Lane Change Assist and Side Assist.
Lane Change Assist and Side Assist helps drivers staying in their lane by reacting to parallel vehicles and oncoming traffic.
VR includes emergency braking using Front Assist to help drivers detect obstacles in front of the vehicle.
Side Assist helps drivers stay in their lane by reacting to parallel vehicles, including oncoming traffic.
Customers can not only explore all the new Tiguan’s technological advancements in VR, but they can drive Volkswagen’s newest SUV in iconic South African locations.
