Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi introduced his new provincial executive on Wednesday evening.
The newly appointed MECs took their oath of office, administered by Judge Lebogang Modiba.
MECs comprises of members from different political parties, namely the African National Congress, Inkatha Freedom Party, Rise Mzansi, and Patriotic Alliance. Notably absent is the Democratic Alliance, which broke off negotiations with the ANC over seat allocation.
Before the announcement, Lesufi addressed the media, revealing the event had been delayed twice previously.
He attributed these postponements to the breakdown of coalition talks between the ANC and DA, citing disagreements over the makeup of the Gauteng executive.

Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko as MEC for Health
Kedibone Diale Tlabela as MEC for Roads and Transport
Matome Chiloane as MEC for Education, Sports, Arts, Culture and Recreation
Jacob Mamabolo as MEC for    Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Infrastructure
Tasneem Motara as MEC for Human Settlements
Lebogang Maile as MEC for Treasury and Economic Development
Faith Mazibuko as MEC for Social Development
Sheila Marry Peters as MEC for Environment
Bonginkosi Dhlamini as MEC for e-Government
Vuyiswa Ramokgopa as MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development
