Say hello to One UI 7: Samsung bold new interface for Galaxy devices brings AI to the forefront

Samsung Electronics has announced official rollout of One UI 7 starting April 7, introducing fresh new design aimed at enhancing personalisation and control for users.

With focus on AI integration, One UI 7 presents more intuitive and natural user experience across Galaxy devices, starting with Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Z Flip6.

The update features simplified yet impactful design, offering streamlined and cohesive experience for Galaxy users.

From redesigned home screen to new One UI widgets and lock screen features, users can easily customise their devices to suit their preferences.

The Now Bar2 provides real-time updates directly on the lock screen, allowing users to stay informed without unlocking their phone.

One UI 7’s AI-driven experiences aim to boost productivity and creativity for users.

Galaxy AI streamlines everyday tasks and offers intuitive recommendations through AI Select3.

For example, users can save video as GIF file with just a swipe and click.

Writing Assist4 simplifies content summarisation and formatting, while Drawing Assist5 enables users to bring their ideas to life with multiple inputs.

With deeper integration of Google Gemini7, users can control their devices using natural language commands.

From finding nearby restaurants to adjusting settings with simple voice prompts, Galaxy devices offer seamless and user-friendly experience.

One UI 7 will initially roll out on April 7 and will gradually expand to more Galaxy smartphones and tablets in the following weeks, including  Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S23 FE, and more.
